1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DailyQuipAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DailyQuipAI is an educational mobile application that provides AI-generated knowledge cards across various categories including History, Science, Technology, Art, Philosophy, and Literature.

Free Version

• Access to 5 knowledge cards per day
• All 6 learning categories
• Basic learning features

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited knowledge cards
• Customizable daily goals
• All premium features
• Priority support

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Pricing

• Monthly: $0.99/month
• Annual: $7.99/year
• Lifetime: $12.99 (one-time payment)

3.2 Payment & Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Lifetime purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges

3.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. We do not have access to or control over payment processing. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Use of Service

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use DailyQuipAI for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

4.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell content from the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use automated systems to access the App excessively

5. Content

5.1 AI-Generated Content

Knowledge cards are generated using AI technology (Google Gemini API). While we strive for accuracy:

• Content is provided for educational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• You should verify important information from authoritative sources
• Content should not be used as professional advice

5.2 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by DailyQuipAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We do not collect or store personal data. All learning progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 "As Is" Service

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of content

7.2 Educational Purpose

DailyQuipAI is designed for general educational purposes. It is not a substitute for formal education, professional training, or expert advice in any field.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DailyQuipAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
• Any errors or omissions in content

9. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Update features and functionality
• Limit or restrict access to certain features

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the new Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification (for material changes)

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Apple App Store Terms

By using DailyQuipAI, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA takes precedence.
